Jacquie is a Paediatric Emergency Physician in a tertiary paediatric hospital, who has been volunteering with APLS (Advanced Paediatric Life Support) for many years. Her involvement in the various APLS courses has enabled her to develop a versatile toolbox of communication and educational strategies, including provision of feedback and approaching difficult conversations.
