ACEM, in conjunction with Swinburn and Griffith, is proud to present the first of three webinars focused on Leadership within our Emergency Departments.

In Australia, leading and managing change within emergency departments has been identified as an area of leadership development needed in both regional and metropolitan service areas.

Drawing on recent research with FACEMs about their experience of leading change, this first of three webinars will explore five strategic leadership development questions for emergency physicians to reflect on to be more effective in change leadership initiatives:
