Description: A good medico-legal report will keep you out of court, and good expert medical evidence will keep you out of hot water! In this half-day workshop, you will learn the tips and tricks of writing a good medico-legal report and of giving expert medical witness evidence in the commonly encountered criminal and coronial courtroom environments. This practical and interactive session will teach the basics of courtroom etiquette and the rules of expert evidence (from a medical perspective) and give participants the opportunity to participate in a moot court and practice their newly learned skills.
