Stuart has been a FACEM since 1993 and has been an EMST instructor also since 1993. He developed an interest in clinician performed ultrasound over the next decade. He assisted in the development of the Nepean Hospital Rapid Assessment with Cardiac Echo course. Following this he increased his training and experience in Critical Care ultrasound, culminating in successfully completing the ASUM DDU (Critical Care) in 2017. Over the years he has taught and supported a number of ED clinicians in building their ultrasound skills, and has been a supervisor the ASUM CCPU program.
