Paul is currently the Acting Director of Emergency Medicine at the Royal Hobart Hospital. He has previously worked for 5 years as a retrieval consultant with Ambulance Tasmania where he held the Dep Dir Role. Paul also forms part of the Australian Antarctic Division Aeromedical and Evacuation Team and works closely with Tasmania Police Search and Rescue as a medical advisor and trainer. Paul has previously worked as an international retrieval doctor, an ambulance paramedic and a field training officer in Antarctic. When not at work, Paul enjoys exploring the wilderness with family and friends as well as trying to keep up with his enthusiastic dog.
