Louise Stone is a GP with clinical, research, teaching and policy expertise in mental health. She completed her PhD in 2014 on the way GPs assess and manage patients with medically unexplained symptoms and has written several articles around this for GPs and registrars. Her current research interests are in Doctors' health, where she is writing an international book on sexual harassment in medicine, and young persons' mental health. She is currently the Associate Director, Professionalism and Performance at the ANU School of Medicine and Psychology.
