" Mentorship, Teamwork and Influence. Mentorship is through the various alumni of the fellowship and also the network of the fellowship, with proper mentorship, I hope to sharpen my idea as as well as at the end of the day get an opportunity to work with a community with a vast amount of experience. Teamwork is through the opportunity the fellowship offers to work with brilliant minds from all over the world. In this I will get to interact with other passionate and enthusiastic young minds who also sharpen my understanding of concept of health care service delivery i have but also learn from them in various other fields which at the end i believe will be one of the best learning opportunities I will encounter. Influence is through the various connections that come in working with a widespread community of young minds in the fellowship, mentors and other stakeholders involved. Over the course of time the fellowship has built connections that are influential in the implementation of any project. Through the fellowship I hope to have a gate way to other opportunities that are central to impacting society in a positive way through the Health Sector
